- 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, grating the carrot, and slicing the cabbage.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (about 5 minutes).
- Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (about 3 minutes).
- Stir in grated carrot and sliced cabbage. Cook until the cabbage wilts (approximately 5 minutes).
- Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for an additional minute.
- Serve hot from the skillet or plated with rice or bread.
