Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, grated
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, mincing the garlic, grating the carrot, and slicing the cabbage.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add chopped onions and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (about 3 minutes).
  4. Stir in grated carrot and sliced cabbage. Cook until the cabbage wilts (approximately 5 minutes).
  5. Pour in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Mix well and let simmer for an additional minute.
  6. Serve hot from the skillet or plated with rice or bread.
