Ingredients

- 12 oz shishito peppers
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Optional: sesame seeds or fresh herbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- Rinse and dry the shishito peppers thoroughly.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot, then drizzle with olive oil.
- Add the shishito peppers in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until blistered with dark spots.
- Sprinkle sea salt over the hot peppers and toss gently.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top before serving.
