Description
A quick and tasty stir-fry featuring chicken and crunchy vegetables.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, sliced
- 4 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for cooking
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice chicken into thin strips and toss with soy sauce and cornstarch.
- Chop cabbage, slice bell pepper, and mince garlic and ginger.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and sear until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic, ginger, cabbage, and bell pepper to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–4 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a splash of water.
- Stir well and drizzle with sesame oil.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
