- 8 large eggs
- 1 12 ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the frozen hash browns evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle diced ham evenly over the hash browns.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the sliced green onions.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow the casserole to rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
