Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse the fish under cold water, pat dry, and cut into equal-sized pieces.
- Season the Fish: In a bowl, mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly over the fish.
- Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F).
- Grill the Fish: Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and golden.
- Warm Tortillas: Grill tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Assemble Tacos: Flake grilled fish onto each tortilla topped with cabbage slaw and a dollop of sour cream. Squeeze lime juice over top before serving.
