Scale
  • 1 lb fresh white fish (cod or tilapia)
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 2 limes (cut into wedges)
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Rinse the fish under cold water, pat dry, and cut into equal-sized pieces.
  2. Season the Fish: In a bowl, mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub evenly over the fish.
  3. Preheat Your Grill: Heat grill to medium-high (400°F).
  4. Grill the Fish: Cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until flaky and golden.
  5. Warm Tortillas: Grill tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
  6. Assemble Tacos: Flake grilled fish onto each tortilla topped with cabbage slaw and a dollop of sour cream. Squeeze lime juice over top before serving.
