Description

Deliciously crispy potato wedges seasoned with garlic and parmesan cheese, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the russet potatoes, then cut them into thick wedges (about eight per potato).
  3. Soak the potato wedges in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  4. Drain and dry the wedges thoroughly before tossing them in a large bowl with olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss again.
  6. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, make sure to dry the potato wedges well after soaking.
  • Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
