Instructions

  1. Start by preheating your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pre-cooked udon noodles, sliced vegetables, and minced garlic.
  3. Drizzle in the vegetable oil, followed by the soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well coated.
  4. Spread the noodle mixture onto the grates of the hot grill.
  5. Allow them to cook for about 5-7 minutes, tossing occasionally to ensure even grilling.
