This decadent brownie cheesecake combines rich chocolate brownies with a creamy cheesecake layer, topped with whipped cream, fudge, and cherries for an indulgent dessert.

- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for topping)
- 1/2 cup chocolate shavings or chunks
- 6 maraschino cherries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on the box and pour it into the pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until just set. Let cool.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie base.
- Place pan in a water bath and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 45–55 minutes until center is mostly set.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream, hot fudge sauce, chocolate shavings, and maraschino cherries.
- Slice and serve chilled or at room temperature.
