Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugars, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until just blended; avoid overmixing.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling slightly before slicing and serve with toppings if desired.
