Ingredients
Scale
- 6 bao buns (frozen or homemade)
- 500g boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut boneless chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly in cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan. Fry chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.

- Add fried chicken into the glaze and toss until every piece is evenly coated.
