Description

Delicious air fryer kielbasa bites brushed with a flavorful mustard sauce and served with a creamy mayo dip.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 rings (26 ounces) Kielbasa
  • ¼ cup (62 g) coarse ground Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the Kielbasa into ¼-inch slices, but not all the way through using chopsticks or skewers as a guide.
  2. Slice sausage crosswise into 1-inch bite-sized pieces for about 40 bites total.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mustard, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  5. Add mayonnaise to the first bowl of mustard mixture to make the dipping sauce; stir and refrigerate.
  6. Brush half of the second bowl of mustard sauce over the Kielbasa bites.
  7. Arrange Kielbasa bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Air fry at 400°F for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  9. Remove bites, brush with reserved mustard sauce, garnish with parsley (optional), and serve warm with mayo dip.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the dipping sauce.
