- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 4 oz brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of caramelized onions and a piece of brie on each square. Sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
- Whisk the egg with water and brush over each sealed pastry.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
