Description
This creamy cilantro lime sauce is perfect as a dip or dressing, bringing fresh flavors to your meals.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- pinch black pepper
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients including Greek yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper to a high-speed blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Give it a taste and adjust salt to taste. If you prefer it sweeter, add more honey; if it’s too thin, add a little olive oil; and if you love lime, add more.
- Hint: let it sit a couple minutes to let the flavors mesh before adding more salt or lime juice.

- Allow the flavors to develop by letting the sauce sit for a few minutes before serving.
