- 1 cup cream cheese, softened (Ensure it is at room temperature for easy mixing.)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (Rotisserie chicken is convenient.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced green chilies (Canned or fresh.)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (Adjust to taste.)

- 1 serving Tortilla chips or fresh veggies (For dipping.)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, diced green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the dip mixture into a greased baking dish, smoothing the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a couple of minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
- This dip can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
