  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red and green), diced

  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Instructions
