Instructions

  1. Start by softening the cream cheese to make it easy to blend. Chop the jalapeño and mince the garlic, setting aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and Monterey Jack cheeses. Mix well until combined and creamy.
