Description
A delicious chocolate coconut milkshake that’s creamy and refreshing.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup coconut milk (can swap with regular milk for non-coconut option)
- 2 tablespoons hot chocolate mix (use any preferred brand or homemade mix)
- 1 cup ice (use crushed ice for a smoother shake)
- 1 cup frozen chocolate mix (pre-made options are available or can be made from scratch)
- 1 scoop lime sherbet (offers refreshing, tangy flavor)
- 1 cup shredded coconut (omit if you prefer a smoother shake)
- 1 cup whipped topping (use dairy-free options if needed)
- black and red food decorating gel (for decoration)
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine coconut milk, hot chocolate mix, and ice. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
- Take a tall glass and fill it one-third full with the frozen chocolate mix, leveling it off for a neat appearance.
- Scoop lime sherbet and place it in the center of the glass to form the ‘heart’.
- Gently spoon more frozen chocolate mix over lime sherbet until the glass is nearly full, covering the sherbet completely.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over the top and add a dollop of whipped topping for a creamy finish.
- Use black and red food decorating gel to create patterns on the whipped topping.
- Serve immediately with a straw and spoon for easy enjoyment.
